Hello Everyone!

My name is Jasmine Meyosha and I am an emotional health and well-being coach who operates with a Biblical worldview. I am so excited to be starting this blog and sharing my knowledge and experience with all of you.






My mission is to help people lead healthy, fulfilled lives through a holistic approach that incorporates the teachings of Christ. I believe that our emotional and spiritual health are deeply connected, and that by nurturing both, we can create true and lasting well-being.


On this blog, you can expect to find a wide variety of content that explores the many aspects of emotional health and well-being. I'll be sharing:

  • tips and strategies for managing stress,

  • building resilience,

  • and improving relationships.


I'll also be sharing inspiration and wisdom from the Bible a


nd Christ teachings, as well as providing guidance on how to incorporate faith into your daily life in a meaningful way.


In addition to the written content, I'll also be offering resources such as guided meditations, worksheets, and exercises to help you put the ideas and principles I share into practice.


My goal is to create a space where you can come to learn, grow, and be encouraged in your own journey towards wholeness and well-being.



As a coach and counselor, I believe that an holistic approach to healing and growth is important, which is why I combine faith and emotional well-being in my practice. Whether you're struggling with a specific issue or simply looking to improve your overall well-being, I hope that this blog will be a helpful resource for you.
